Ground Floor

Many of our guests tell us they spending time in the porch on the front of the house. You get a wonderful view of the rocks and the sea. Perfect for armchair bird watching.

There's a smallish kitchen with a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and lots of pots and pans, etc. There's a large fridge-freezer in the hallway. Just next to the kitchen is the small sitting room - very cosy with a two sofas and a fire.

A wide corridor room in the middle of the house links everything together, but also has two single beds. Perfect for the kids.

At the back of the house the bigger sitting room ("the library") has lots of comfy chairs and a multi-fuel stove. There's a double bed here too.

Also on the ground floor there's the large and unheated "school room". This is used mostly for storage, but there's also a ping pong table and - hanging from the ceiling - the reconstructed skeleton of a minke whale!

Upstairs

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and another with a double and a single. Both have plenty of room for a travel cot. The windows have views out to the islands.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a great shower.
